Place your order below and complete the initial form that I email to you.
Receive your test kit in the mail within 7-10 days. Read through instructions and let me know if you have any questions before collection. Everything is included within the test kit for collection.
Collect your sample and package in the prepaid medical shipping bag as directed. Mail test kit back to lab following instructions provided.
We will receive results within 14 business days. Once results are available I will reach out to schedule our consultation to review, or if you prefer I can record your video review and customized plan to send to you within 10 days of results.
