PCOS/PMOS Hormone Support
A Functional, Root-Cause Approach to Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome
PCOS, or what has now been better named PMOS (polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome), affects an estimated 6–12% of women of reproductive age in the United States according to the CDC, though some research suggests the true prevalence may be closer to 15–21% under broader diagnostic criteria. That means millions of women are struggling with symptoms like irregular periods, acne, weight gain, fatigue, infertility, and unwanted hair growth — often without clear answers.
In fact, research suggests up to 70% of women with PCOS remain undiagnosed, and many women see multiple providers before finally receiving a diagnosis. Too often, symptoms are dismissed, overlooked, or attributed to stress, weight, or “normal hormone changes,” leaving women frustrated and unsupported for years.
As a hormone health dietitian, I take a root-cause, whole-body approach to PCOS. This is a complex metabolic and hormonal condition that can involve a combination of:
-
Insulin resistance
-
Inflammation
-
Gut health imbalances
-
Elevated androgens
-
Nervous system dysregulation
-
High toxin burden
My goal is to help you understand what is driving your symptoms and create a personalized plan that supports hormone balance in a realistic, sustainable way. I combine targeted nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and functional testing to identify and address underlying issues. Helping women improve symptoms like irregular cycles, acne, fatigue, weight gain, cravings, and fertility challenges — while building habits that fit into real life.

I didn’t just study this—I lived it.
Struggling with thyroid disorder, adrenal PCOS, migraines, and digestive issues, I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, confused, and exhausted trying to “do everything right."
I also know what it takes to rebuild your health in a real life—while managing a family, a career, and everything in between.
That’s why this program is built differently.
Not rigid. Not overwhelming. Not one-size-fits-all.
But supportive, strategic, and designed to meet you where you are.

Struggling with PCOS Symptoms and Not Getting Real Answers?
This is exactly why I created my Foundations of Hormone Balance (FHB) Method. A step-by-step approach designed specifically for women with PCOS who want real, personalized answers and results.
This isn’t another generic meal plan or surface-level hormone program.
The FHB Program combines:
✔ Functional nutrition (root-cause approach)
✔ Advanced hormone testing (so we stop guessing)
✔ Lifestyle + nervous system support (because stress is not optional to address)
✔ Personalized guidance from a Registered Dietitian who’s been in your shoes
This is where we connect the dots between your symptoms, your hormones, and your daily life.
Why Most PCOS Advice Isn't Working
Most approaches to PCOS focus on controlling symptoms—not addressing the root cause.
They overlook:
-
Your unique hormone patterns
-
The role of stress and your nervous system
-
How under-eating or over-exercising can backfire
-
Gut health and inflammation
-
The emotional toll of constantly trying and failing
So you end up stuck in a cycle of: Trying → Restricting → Burning out → Starting over
The FHB Program breaks that cycle.
A Different Approach: Functional + Personalized
1. Advanced Hormone Testing for PCOS
We use a comprehensive DUTCH hormone panel to look at:
-
Estrogen metabolism
-
Progesterone levels
-
Androgen patterns (key for PCOS)
-
Cortisol rhythm + stress response
-
Key markers tied to energy, mood, and metabolism
This gives us a clear picture of what YOUR body needs.
2. Functional Nutrition Strategy
No extremes. No cutting out everything you love.
Instead, you’ll learn how to:
-
Adjust foods, meal timing, and recipes to support blood sugar & cortisol
-
Support ovulation and hormone balance
-
Reduce inflammation naturally
-
Nourish your metabolism—not slow it down
3. Lifestyle + Nervous System Support
You can’t out-supplement chronic stress.
We focus on realistic, sustainable habits that fit your life:
-
Nervous system and stress regulation (amidst a busy schedule)
-
Sleep support that actually works
-
Exercise shifts that supports hormones instead of further stressing them
4. Personalized Guidance + Support
You won’t be left figuring this out alone.
This is a high-touch program where you get:
-
1:1 nutrition consultations
-
A fully customized plan with recommendations for diet, lifestyle/routine, and supplements
-
Ongoing support through weekly Q&As
-
Access to a private community of women on the same journey

I never felt heard with doctors and would leave apptointments disheartened. There would be no listening to those concerns or testing to find a cause. You helped me find so many answers to so many questions. I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Your program and the information provided had such a huge impact on me and I am very grateful. It felt like I had a voice and it didn't matter how small or big of a question I had. I felt heard.
The holidays were not a struggle like they have been in the past with food and weight gain, and that is because of the techniques and lessons I learned from you. Thank you for everything!
