This is a four week long challenge through the holidays. It starts on Monday, November 23rd and ends on Sunday, December 20th.


Each week you will receive a 7-day meal plan with recipes and a grocery list. I have chosen fun, festive meals for the plans; but feel free to modify the plan according to your needs.

All recipes will be low-sugar, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
