SAFE & CLEAN

These are some of my favorite safe and clean products from personal care to bakeware and teas. These are products that I use personally and recommend to clients. When choosing quality products I am looking to avoid harmful endocrine disruptors, chemicals, and additives.

Broccoli sprouts are a superfood and super easy to grow at home! Broccoli sprouts can contain up to 100 times more sulforaphane than mature broccoli. I recommend this for estrogen balance and detox.

My favorite brand for essential oils. I always have their Protect, Immunity Boost, Lavender, and Breathe Air on hand. They also have amazing deodorant that WORKS. Cardamom Vanilla is my favorite.

This is an affordable, safe cookware brand that I have used for over three years and still prefer over the expensive Caraway ceramic pans I have.

100% cold-pressed, organic castor oil. I use this for castor oil packing (see next image) and for my eyelashes (helps them grow!) Glass jar helps avoid leaching chemicals from plastic containers.

Dry brushing is super easy to do at home. It can help stimulate lymph flow and skin elasticity. I recommend dry brushing before a shower, sauna session, or workout a few times per week.

I drink 2 cups of matcha green tea daily and this is my favorite! Matcha is the whole tea leaf ground down, which boosts antioxidants and benefits.

I use this soap for face and body and it works great while being all natural and safe. They have quite a few different scents, so this variety pack is perfect to find what you like best!

There are so many great diffusers out there. I love the look of this one and that it comes with a remote. It's also quiet which is a plus - not all are!

True HEPA Air Purifier with Smart Technology that covers 1,256 square feet. This has been super easy to care for and has a pre-filter and max filter to clean air and even remove VOCs in the air.

Seed cycling uses a combination of seeds that can be helpful in supporting natural estrogen and progesterone fluctuations in the cycle and ease symptoms related to PMS. See my blog post here.

I love this clean essential oil blend to help improve my hair health while also stimulating new growth. It's suitable for all hair and easy, daily use!

Stainless steel is an affordable, safe option for bakeware including cookie sheets. Stainless steel is easier to clean and dishwasher safe, which aluminum is not.

Reusable castor oil pack wraps are a blessing! Super soft, comfortable, and keep things mess-free. This wrap is Organic Cotton with easy to adjust straps to fit most sizes.

MCT Oil is a great way to boost energy, focus, and support cellular health and powder can be gentler on the body than oil. Easily add to your coffee, tea, smoothie, etc.

This brand has been a favorite of mine for years. Many flavors to choose from with only 1 gram of sugar! All natural ingredients. It's the perfect pick-me-up in the afternoon!

I started using this brand for my babies, but I use it for myself now too! Perfect hydrating lotion without being greasy. Clean ingredients and this sweet almond scent is gentle and smells amazing!

This was super easy to install under our kitchen sink and the flow rate is great! This is a 5 stage filtered system and option for remineralization of water with the final filter.
