I know how frustrating this journey can be. I struggled for years with anxiety, stubborn weight, severe PMS, and migraines. I could talk a lot more about my story, but the point is that I understand what it’s like to feel unheard, dismissed, and stuck in the same cycle.​

I have been a registered dietitian for over ten years. My time as part of a hospital-based weight loss program is what led me to women's health and hormones, because of the lack of support and guidance for women to address hormonal imbalances and nervous system regulation - both of which are key to successful weight loss.

 

I'm a mom of two beautiful children, living in Menomonee Falls, WI. I enjoy spending as much time as I can outside with my family. Daily devotionals, coffee, and a little chocolate are my essentials. My faith has truly been the cornerstone of my healing journey, and it’s what inspires my mission to help women build a strong foundation for a healthy, fulfilling life.”
