Weekly Sessions. There's a lot that can happen in a week! I have found that working closely together on a weekly basis allows us to focus on small achievable goals, provides accountability and support to reach those goals, and we get to know each other better!


The biggest obstacle that stands in the way of success is trying to do too much at once and focusing on long-term goals. We take away this obstacle by meeting on a weekly basis. You have the time to apply what you learn and we can troubleshoot any issues that pop-up.


Nutrition plans are personalized and focused on healing your body through food and lifestyle changes. Functional nutrition testing and nutrition supplements are available tools. Testing can include comprehensive hormone panels, food sensitivities, and gut health analysis.

Ease of Virtual Appointments! Virtual meetings allow you to be in the comfort of your own home or office. Virtual sessions fit into your schedule while still keeping the personal connection of meeting face-to-face. Simply join using your phone or computer from wherever you are!

Continuous Support. I am easily accessible for any questions or concerns that come up between sessions. You are never left on your own to figure things out. I make sure that every client feels comfortable reaching out for help at any point during our time working together.

A Commitment From You

I have found that a minimum of 3 months is needed for the best health outcomes. For this reason, I ask that my clients commit to working together for a minimum of 3 months. Healing and forming new habits take time. You will be most successful if you commit to the entire process.
